Getting Started
TCG Unbox is a digital platform where you can purchase and open randomized Trading Card Game booster bundles. Each bundle contains real, physical cards that you own. You can view your cards digitally, manage your collection, and even order physical delivery of your cards.
Click on "Sign Up" in the navigation bar, enter your email and create a password. Once registered, you can top up your balance and start purchasing bundles immediately.
These are REAL, PHYSICAL cards that you own. While we provide a digital interface to view and manage your collection, all cards in your inventory are actual physical cards that can be shipped to you at any time.
Purchasing & Balance
Go to your Profile page and use the "Top Up Balance" section. You can add funds securely via Stripe with a credit/debit card. Minimum top-up amount is €10.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely.
Balance top-ups are non-refundable and final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a proven technical error during the transaction process. Please contact support immediately if you believe such an error has occurred.
Bundles & Opening
Bundles are a randomized selection containing Trading Card Game cards from specific sets. Each bundle contains a guaranteed number of cards with varying rarities, including a chance for foil and special variants.
Navigate to the Shop page, select the set you want to open bundles for, and click "Purchase Bundle". Select the quantity of bundles you want to buy, then press the "Purchase" button.
Foil variants are special versions of cards with enhanced finishes. We offer several types: Standard Foil, Galaxy Foil, Fracture Foil, Surge Foil, or other ultra-rare variants. Each has different rarity rates and visual effects.
No, bundles contain randomized cards from the selected set to provide an authentic unboxing experience. The contents are revealed only when you open the bundle.
Inventory & Collection
Visit the "My Inventory" page to view all cards you've collected. You can filter by rarity, foil status, sort by price or name, and search for specific cards.
Card prices are based on the european card market. Prices are updated periodically to reflect current market values. You can sort your inventory by price to see your most valuable cards.
Yes! You can sell individual cards or your entire collection back to us for 90% of the current market value. The funds are instantly added to your balance.
When you sell a card, it's removed from your inventory and you receive 90% of its current market price in your account balance, which you can use to purchase more bundles.
Physical Delivery
Add cards from your inventory to the "Get in Real Life" cart, then proceed to checkout. Shipping costs vary by location; please check the cart page when selecting your shipping method for exact pricing. We'll ship the physical cards to your address.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location (Zone) and the total weight of your package. We have three main zones: Zone 1 (Nearby EU) starting at €10, Zone 2 (Other EU) starting at €13, and Zone 3 (International) starting at €21. Prices scale slightly with heavier packages (over 1kg).
Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes up to 30 business days for most locations. You can track your order status in the Order History page.
Yes! Visit the "IRL Order History" page from your profile to see all your orders and their current status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
We pack all cards carefully to prevent damage. If you receive damaged cards, please contact support within 48 hours with photos, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Account & Security
Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link.

Troubleshooting
Card prices are fetched from external sources and may take a moment to load. If prices don't appear after refreshing, try sorting by price which triggers a price update, or contact support if the issue persists.
Ensure you have sufficient balance in your account. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Contact support if problems continue.
Try refreshing the page and checking your inventory. If cards are missing, please contact support immediately with details about the bundle you opened.
