By accessing and using TCG Unbox, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
TCG Unbox provides a digital platform for purchasing and revealing randomized Trading Card Game packs. Results are determined by a secure, transparent algorithm. Physical cards are stored in your inventory and can be shipped to you upon request.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TCG Unbox cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Digital Goods & Shipping
Cards revealed on the platform are digital representations of physical goods held in our custody. You may request shipping of these items at any time, subject to shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
