Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (randomized trading card packs), all sales are final once a pack has been opened or revealed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for opened packs.
2. Unopened Packs
If you have purchased a pack but have not yet opened or revealed it, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support so we can verify the status of the item.
3. Shipping Issues
If your physical shipment arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through replacement (if stock permits) or store credit.
4. Digital Errors
In the unlikely event of a technical error during the reveal process (e.g., server crash), please contact support immediately with your transaction ID. We will investigate and, if confirmed, restore your pack or provide a refund.
